For my final project, I will be creating a new advice blog.
The blog will feature my previous blog posts on the benefits of reading, and will also write an advice blog post on how to find your preferred genre of books, giving examples of book genre quiz sites, and how they work to help you figure out what genre you may like. In addition, this post will briefly explain why reading is beneficial (with links to my previous benefits of reading articles, and other online research, mainly those used in my previous articles) as well as why reading is good during this pandemic time. I will include tips on preventing the spread of the coronavirus and a book recommendation list based on different genres.
I will include various images of books, and those reading, and three infographics: one on the benefits of reading, one on things to do during the pandemic (bookish things included), and one on preventing the spread of the virus.

Great idea! Since you do need to incorporate interviews, can you integrate insights from others (either avid readers or experts such as teachers or librarians)? It seems the libraries around here are offering lots of free, online resources for kids and adults.
